H2O Wireless - Worst experience
Subscribed 10$ a month plan, started couple of days back. 1st day I am at home, started losing my money cents by cents, called customer care at least 5 times complained but no use.
Called them 2nd day, received couple of text messages which are not mine but had to loose money just because I received the text messages :(. On 3rd day I lost all my money! Called customer care, all they said you used all the data in span of 1 hr?!!!
No clue how it happened as I am always at home and connected to my wifi.
I seriously don't recommend this to anyone because they don't try to help us, all they say sorry which won't help and I will not recommend this any one of my family/friends. ***
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $10.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
