the pasadena wireless office sold me a unit that would not work with any of my phones or computers or direct tv.I was told if I were unhappy I could return the unit within 14 days which I did.
When I returned the unit they credit me for the unit on my Discover card I thought that was the end of it. Then I get bill from Verison Wireles for $290. I had to pay a service charge to get reconnected to my old land line as I am now a new customer. The serviceman who reconnected our landline said he didn't know why they sold us the unit because service is spotty.
Now I get a bill for $59.from their collection agency
