I PAYED FOR 2 OF THEIR STARTER KITS AT BEST BUY WENT HOME TO ACTIVATE BC BESTBUY WAS CLOSING.H20 WAS CLOSED SO I TRYED TO SELF ACTIVATE I COULD NOT.

NEXT DAY I CALL AND IM ADVISED MY SIMS DONT WORK AND I NEED TO BUY A NEW ONE FROM THEM SO I DID, AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS AND HOLDS THEY DISCOVERED THE REASON I COULD NOT ACTIVATE IS THEIR SIM WAS DEFEACTED AFTER COMMING TO THE CONCLUSION AFTER DILIGENT DILIBERATION THE DECIDE TO SEND ANOTHER THAT DIDNT WORK MIND YOU I PAID FOR A NEW SIM AND PLAN THATS NOT WORKING , THEN I GIVE UP AND ASK FOR A REFUND THEY SIMPLY SAID NO ITS BEEN PAST 15 DAYS OF PURCHUS, IM NOT KIDDING.DIDNT USE THEIR SERVICE AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Your gripe is unreadable .

And you never bothered to explain to us ( the ignorant masses ) what the product is or is supposed to do in the first place.
