I ordered a simple mobile card and H20 came on the mail. I did not complain because it was worthless.

The problems started as soon as I paid the monthly service.

Internet never worked. I tried for 2 days with the chat representatives and they simply don't know what they are doing.

I called the third day and asked a refund. They said they were going to refund my $ in 3 business days. No refund and no call from them one week later.

I called again.. after ONE hour with customer service (laura and milton) they said THEY DO NOT DO ANY REFUNDS. I'm starting a formal complain against this company now.

If you only use telephones to make calls.. I don't see a problem.

But if you are going to use internet.. STAY AWAY.. they will simply steal your money.

If a lawyer is interested in a class action.. I'm ready to go for it. Companies like this should disappear!

Monetary Loss: $30.

The exact same thing has happened to me. No internet service!

Impossible to reach CS.

If you email, they tell you to phone. If you phone you are thrown into an automated system to ultimately end up on hold forever.
