I have been a customer for 3 years and the service keeps getting worse. we tried to exit the company but they make it very difficult.

They wont give you an account number so you can do so until you give them recently called numbers. I have never spoken with an agent who speaks English well. Also the wait to get to someone on customer service is incredibly long. This company needs to be investigated and shut down.

I finally got an account number and hope it is the right one.

I have heard that they give out wrong account numbers. They don't want to lose customers so they make it as difficult as possible to get out of the plan.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Cheap plans.

I didn't like: Service, Customer policy, Tech people are ignorant, Two years too long an error i am correcting for good, Agents that dont speak good english.
