I just read a few reviews of H2O wireless pay as you go service on this site and wished I done so before now! I too am being charged for items and I just want to verify (maybe I don't understand how the plan works). When I contact H2O, the blow it off. I have to get a "search warrant or subpoena" to access my use log! I'm not kidding. I have to hire a lawyer to see why I am being charged! I told the H2O chat person that the company could...

H20 Wireless - Reckless overcharging!
Reckless overcharging! I'm using the pay as you go plan, only to see my balance go down much more rapidly than justified. Making one less than a minute call or a short text can cost you a lot more than 5 cents, even though the notification states "your last call (or text) cost $ 0.05" my balance drops by much larger amounts, sometimes up to a dollar. This happens even while data service is turned off. I called customer service and was told to go...

Purchased an H20 Pay-as-you-Go SIM card from Best Buy and it didn't activate on their website with airtime refill from Pinzoo.Called H20, and they said there's something wrong with the SIM. Only thing they could do is send an email to tech support with a possible resolution in 2 to 24 hours. They then said they'd call back... but of course I am travelling, have an international number and don't want to receive calls as it costs me—that's the...

I have been waiting over 8 days now for a reply to my complaint about a slew of unwanted calls after they assigned me a phone number apparently belonging to someone who skipped out on their debts. On a pay-as-you-go plan, every time one of these dumb bill collectors calls, it costs ME money from my pre-paid amount! (It looks like they are rounding those amounts up to the nearest minute as well, costing me more). I asked for them to remove those...

I work overseas and return to the US every few months for less than a month each time.Hence, I thought the H2O wireless will work for me since it has the Pay-As-You-Go plan. I have an unlocked iPhone 5S. I found the configuration (to use LTE and data) extremely frustrating because 1) I need to have wifi in order to request for the configuration link (which will be sent via SMS); 2) most of the times, the SMS does not come through, thereby, you...

I purchased a pay as you go plan last July. It was for a full year and it expired on the 21st July this year. I did not realize it was ready to expire as I received no notice in email, call, text or message. H2O states they will send a notice 5 days before a plan expires. I had $60 in my account and now it is all gone. Called customer service, complained about it, stated when I purchased the plan. The SUPERVISOR asked me, if I know when I...

I have been using Pay as You Go plan since then. The current service is scheduled to be expired in June. However, last week I suddenly found that I had lost phone service and account was expired. Later, my account was reactivated again but the account balance became $10. That means over $30 balance was gone from my account. Tried to call customer service and had to wait for a long time. After connecting to service representative, I was told...
