I tried paying my bill with a credit card and i put my number in and h20 wireless says that its not the primary account holder and pissed me off because i am the primary account holder i am the only one that pays this bill for me and my family all our phones are turned off and i need to be able contact my kids to make sure that they are alright and i cannot do that because of this problem.

Im with H20 for several yrs. Im getting tired of their backward service. The free $20 international call is worthless and forever to connect overseas. Once you got connected the voice is worst than a chipmunk. I got three phones connected to my account and Im just planning to find a different provider
