H2O Wireless - Couldn't active the new sim cards that i purchased

New ReviewerI purchased two sims as multi-line plan and wanted to transfer my existing numbers from att.I called 3 times to customer service and provided all the details and i was told to wait 24 hours to get the welcome email from h20 which never happened. Every time i call customer service they says they can't find my request ever been made.
I provided the names of the guys that i talked to and they doesn't seems to find them and asking whats their extension? well i don't what was their extensions and weird they can't find the support guy by names? Today i called supervisor and he says there seems to be billing issues and he can't explain what that is, i checked my bank stmt and they already charged the money. Now i am talking to the billing department with a lady named Maria x 1050 and she is trying to submit the request again and it is already 50 mins i am hanging on call.
She puts me on hold for 5 mins every time she has to do anything. She does't find any billing issues and still not sure whether i'll get to use these two sims that i purchased. I think i've got screwed and these sims cards are useless and none of them seems to resolve the issue. Looking for the way to get refund.If anybody have got into this situation pls help.
Reason of review: Poor customer service. Monetary Loss: $55.
Preferred solution: Full refund. I didn't like: Tech people are ignorant, Never got my sims activated, Could not port my numbers, Very very very poor communication.

This company is a piece of garbage.. I ordered their sim kit after checking the coverage which shows voice and 4g LTE coverage.
Got the SIM, activated it but NO SERVICE> I drove all over my town only to not get service anywhere.. There is no support at this company either.
You click on "contact us" and it takes you to a form to fill out and they'll get back to you in a couple of DAYS.. *** this company and the horse they rode in on.....
It has been a month, No call, no response and i still have sim cards and not activated. I am not sure what to do with those two new sim cards.
Now the recent development is, at the end of the call i asked the lady to check the status of those requests that i have asked the previous guys to make, she couldn't find them. And i asked to check her system to find if she could find the latest request she made like 55 mins ago and she couldn't find her own request made a while ago.
weird?????.
Now she took my call back number and promised that someone will call me back. Which i am not sure will happen or not.
