H2O Wireless - Avoid H2O if you have an iPhone, or any phone
Switched from over-priced wireless with Verizon 9 days ago. VERY displeased because H2O doesn't have digital v/m meaning I need to login as if I have a flip phone.
"Contact" info I've added since starting H2O service doesn't appear on my phone. Recent calls are not correct so when I need to re-call those that are absent I must access my "contacts" which is a hassle. Just called customer service to say I'd like to leave H2O and get a refund of the balance. No dice.
"Let me talk to your manager." Customer service transferred me after talking for 19 minutes and the line went dead with no opportunity to connect with the the manager. My advice is to steer clear of H2O-- I don't know what the experience is with a Samsung, but with the iPhone it is profoundly deficient
