Not a good service
The cellular data goes off every day, I Ve been h20 customer for almost 5 yrs now. Now, their cellular data goes off everyday.

I want to activate my old h20 number
They wouldn't let me make any call at the moment that I need to register my number .However this is the same number I have been using im my old phone I just bought a new phone and since then all my calls are been declined I don't know why.

The phone payment was made January 5 and 8
Someone tried my old card number and it was declined. Today they changed it to my correct card and it will be changed tomorrow
Can not use the data
My data is not available, so I called the customer service . The first two men picked up and the phone broke when they started to help me solve the problem.
For the third time, I called a woman who answered the phone and had to force me to ask for my name. I told her that my phone was prepaid. She didn't need my name, she only needed my phone number. Her tough attitude made me very angry.
I cant use my data almost 3 years ago, I just pay for it every month. But sometimes it is really inconvenient to go out. Two weeks ago, it worked after I contacted customer service, but it didnt work anymore after less than two weeks. The fourth person served me today, and I made this call for 1.5 hours in total.
I am extremely disappointed in this company. It is not recommended.
