Im h20 customer but why such a *** customer service peoples the spanish lady picked my phone started in spanish When i said no spanish she hungup on me. Im trying to reach customer service it taking forever. All i want to change my account for auto re fill. Please call me at 703-839-0589

I paid my bill on Oct. 23 my phone was never turned back on so I called CS back and was told I never paid my bill. I had to wait until the following morning and then be told 500 different stories such as payment was declined, payment was processed but no amount was enter to they did receive payment but have refunded. H20 stated they would send me another phone that would migrate with their system since my wouldn't as of January 1. I tried several times from October to December to get a phone. I bought a sim card hoping to switch over to H2O an d definitely a big mistake. I activated the card,but when I went to register on the network it wouldn't work. Been trying for 3 days now and when I call customer service, they're clueless. They told me the sim card I have isn't compatible with my phone even though it's an unlock GSM phone. Bought online from h2owirelessnow.com a prepaid LTE pay as you go for 100$ & got shipped the plan preloaded triple sim to my home address. In 10 days it showed up 0 balance. My first unsuccessful attempt was trying to reach customer service through chat. Update on my complaint about H2O. They still haven't replied. I called the wireless store in Florida where I bought my new phone and was told ATT who provides carrier service to H2O had cut or discontinued service for 2G phones. They didn't tell anyone to my knowledge. The wireless co. Is refunding my money for the phone. Shame on both ATT and H2O. Read more

After you wait about 45 min for customer no service, you will get disconn.... then no help. Then if get some body on the phone they just tell anything to push off. Good price with no service,...if you call ATT they will match the price with much better service .I did and they match H2O price and happy with... Read more

Thats the worse phone company you never get anybody on customer service and its a waste of time and money i ordered a phone they sent me an old phone that didnt work i had to leave the company because they only rob people run as fast as you can i didnt even spend a week with them because my phone never worked sucks Read more

Bought service/activation on Dec 27. On Jan. 3, at midnight, my 30 day service was cutoff. I have called, put on hour long hold, emailed with no response, contacted help line, avoided my problem.
