This company is a real mess. CSRs have heavy middle eastern accent- guessing India. And they don't seem to know one department from another. I had the $30 monthly (with auto renew). Life changes and decided to down grade to $10 pay go (auto renew) and port in favorite number from Ring.to. Reckless overcharging! I'm using the pay as you go plan, only to see my balance go down much more rapidly than justified. Making one less than a minute call or a short text can cost you a lot more than 5 cents, even though the notification states "your last call (or text) cost $ 0.05" my balance drops by much larger amounts, sometimes up to a dollar. i bought a prepaid service from H20 they asked me to activate the number i did, but with unlocked phone it didn't work, I called back the customer support , they asked me to contact att for phone Support nothing happened at both the end, lost the money for no Service. Purchased an H20 Pay-as-you-Go SIM card from Best Buy and it didn't activate on their website with airtime refill from Pinzoo. Called H20, and they said there's something wrong with the SIM. Only thing they could do is send an email to tech support with a possible resolution in 2 to 24 hours. I have been waiting over 8 days now for a reply to my complaint about a slew of unwanted calls after they assigned me a phone number apparently belonging to someone who skipped out on their debts. On a pay-as-you-go plan, every time one of these dumb bill collectors calls, it costs ME money from my pre-paid amount! I work overseas and return to the US every few months for less than a month each time. Hence, I thought the H2O wireless will work for me since it has the Pay-As-You-Go plan. I just paid my phone this morning, by mistake I paid the wrong amount. That payment switch my plan to a different one. I tried to reach out to the company to have it correct it, but instead they told me that it couldn't be correct it. They said that if I want to go back to my old plan I have to pay the full amount again. I ask them if I would loose all the money that I paid earlier and they said yes. I bought an H2O Wireless SIM card at Rite Aid. I tried to activate the card and it didn't work. I contacted H2O Wireless and they said that the card had been on the shelf too long and thus it was automatically deactivated. They told me to return it to Rite Aid for a refund. Rite Aid wouldn't take it back and said that H2O Wireless could only issue the refund. I'm now on email 15 to H2O Wireless (I gave up calling after the first terrible call).... Read more

They do not take you call neither by phone nor by live chat. On the live chat it says "you have been logged out" and it's only because they have "high volume of chats and incoming calls". Also, I've been waiting 25 minutes on phone for some one to pick it up. NO ANSWER! I've been a loyal customer for a year. Now...*** you H20! I am switching to another carrier.
