H2O Wireless DOES NOT provide Unlimited service of any type
I purchased the $60/month "unlimited" talk. text, data and web service from H2O. After three weeks, H2O cut-off my service without as much as a text, email or information in my online account. My online account said I had the $60/month plan and it let me pay for another month!
I called customer service which has very limited hours, does not answer during these hours and hangs up if they do not want to handle your problem. When I was finally able to get a customer service rep on the phone, I told him my service was not working and gave him my cell number. He then began screaming at me that I had "abused" my service. I had used too many talk minutes and therefore my service had been cut-off. He then told me that I could not get my next month service payment refunded, nor could I get the remaining week of the first month refunded. He said all I could do was get a limited service for three weeks! He then extorted me into agreeing to the limited three week service by telling me I would lose my mobile number AND my money if I did not take this limited plan. This company is crazy! Every single pamphlet they have AND their website ALL claim that for $60 you get unlimited talk time. There is absolutely nothing that says you can't use more than a certain amount of minutes.
The customer service guy could not even tell me how many minutes I could use without being cut-off. He also told me that "nothing is really unlimited"! LIARS! I submitted a complaint to the FCC and everyone should!

I AM ALSO PISSED WITH H20 WIRELESS I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR A WHILE AND RECEIVED A TEXT STATING YPU'VE VOILATED OUR UNLIMITED PLAN ABUSE POLICY YOUR DATA SERVICE HAS BEEN TERMINATED. WHAT THE *** DOES THIS MEANS AND WHAT IS UNLIMITED TALK TEXT AND WEB IS YOU GETS CUT OFF.
THEN I CALLED CUSTOMERS SERVICE SHE KEEP SAYING THE SAME THING IM ASKING HER HOW THIS HAPPENS AND SHE HANGS UP THE PHONE.
NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WELL IM GETTING RID OF THEM.
I have the same problem after 3 years of service if we'd get warning on "unlimited" data which data was the main thing we used they froze our account. They said all the previous months we had also recieved the warning, and I paid our bill early (with a gify card because they stopped selling h2o cards ) to compensate even though we should have "unlimited" we do not call to Mexico every month and we do not talk on the phone much, texting is in the normal to low range of users.
We need data for kids studies, shopping for things we can't get around us because we live in the country and music or learning purposes and still they will not unfreeze a loyal customers line even though they physically could but they are not "authorized" even the people higher in management? So we've been screwed by this company who has made plenty of extra money on the features we don't use (or use often) plus in our paying a week or sooner ahead of schedule. I am perturbed at the uncaring for loyal customers. I was hung up on, scolded for my "unlimited" usage abuse and even those who tried to help ( a lady in IT, and Ron) couldn't!
It's rediculous! So now we have to go out of our way to find a new company to keep our number or buy a new line with a new number through them. We live in the country on a farm finding good service is not easy. Landlines do not even get great service.
So here goes what I use to think was a great service even though I had to pay early to keep my features.
Thanks H2o hopefully you'll see my face soon on the other side of a lawsuit. Now that I am without service

Ok so my complaint is they took the money out of our account.
Said it didn't register and I'll be refunded in 5 or so days.
When my husband tried to tali about it he got no where
When I complained in love chatty the guy canceled it as soon asi said I'd likea free month or compensation for the trouble.

I have a slightly different issue, however this may affect a lot of people trying to recharge their accounts, and cost them more money then they expected to pay for their monthly service. I've tried to recharge my account with H20 wireless for the past two hours on three different devices, starting with my Iphone, then nook, and finally my PC.
Regretfully none of them would allow me to select a recharge amount at all. Unlike some I am happy with the service however I am very frustrated with what should be a very simple monthly customer recharge with H20 wireless. After failing online to recharge I naturally called the service line, but It seems that not only online selecting a recharge amount doesn't work but also the customer service line has its own problems. The customer service line only allows one payment option of $60 to be selected and conveniently no other advertised payment price option is provided.
Forcing a frustrated, cost sensitive, loyal and now a 2 hours of time invested customer to purchase more than they need because the recharge amounts are not allowed or provided via their web or phone service. I hate to think how many customers were forced to buy more minutes than needed because of a very convenient and profitable mistake made by H20 wireless. I then asked them to call me on my house phone so that I may recharge with their $40.00 plan this month. Anyone else with this problem?
I would image if you don't do the automatic payment this could be happening to everyone else using the service costing customers more than they bargained for.
Haven't heard back from them yet. Will keep you posted on my results.
Have used service for over a year with $50 unlimited plan with no problems. My minute use is low.
However, its May 2014 and same problem as JD. Service period used to be 30th month. Suddenly, for no reason its the 29th. Auto recharge is 30th.
Phone is dead. For same reasons JD stated wasn't able to recharge on website.
Tried by phone but would not accept the correct billing numbers. Customer service by text and email unresponsive.
H2o operates on a 30 bill cycle. For example: say you start your month on, December 1st, you will be due to pay on December 31st (30 days later) and then January 30th then March 1st (because February only has 28 days)..
You pay, literally, every 30 days. Not the same date each month.

h2o is the best their is in pre paid if you dont like it the get a contract deal and thats it im a h2o rep and cst give us a hard time so we return the favor
If you're a customer service rep and you can't take complaints because of your company is giving people such *** services, I don't think that you should work being a customer service rep. You might as well choose another job.
Lopez you are crazy first of all it is best there is. Second of all I've been in customer service you are supposed to show professionalism not you get what you dish.
Calm the customer down by trying to help them like Ron did. He calmed me down after getting hung up on. Second of all most of us like the features but we are being abused like myself paying for unlimited and not getting it! And then cut service reps like your self who are not professional irritates the customer further, I'm from the projects of new York and I still know how to talk to a human in respect and in my job professionally.

The only reason why H2o hired you is to hear customers yelled and complained because they're doing such a horrible job. I mean, why did you even try to get back at the customers, when you receive a paycheck from H2o just to hear people yell at you because they were truly pissed from the services.
bought this sim card and signed up for the minute plan, bought $10 value and was hit for a $4.42 data charge on the 4th day when i wasnt using my phone any differently than the first 3 days, when i was using anywhere between 20-40 cents of data. i called customer service who first seemed to also question the charge given my prior usage history and said they would ask their "technical department" to call me which they never did.
then when i called later to follow up they claimed i used $4.42 of data (~15mb!) but couldnt tell me which sites i used so i could at least validate. they then told me they would ask a supervisor from their "billing department" to call me to discuss further, which they did the next day but when i explained the situation and disputed the charge they claimed that they couldnt validate the sites used and i would need to file a court order to access the site usage history! i told her this wasnt practical for disputing less than $5 and asked for them to at least trust that i didnt use that much data given my prior usage history, and asked if they could at least credit something back to my account which they "claimed" they couldnt do. what a joke, they can easily take your money but are unable to credit anything back???
i told her i was disappointed with the service and concerned with the reliability of their service, as another large data charge could hit my account and i'd have no recourse. she then suggested i switch to a monthly pan instead so i could better control my data usage! she totally missed the point!
i finally told her i was going to cancel my service unless they credited my account or at least put me in touch with a higher level supervisor who had some authority, to which she bluntly replied "the decision is yours". sorry h2o wireless but your service is sketchy and you just lost another customer!!!
H2o data has become very slow and 94% of time does not load up wep pages. Dropped calls have also become a serious issue.
Stay away from this company. I'm changing next month.

ANY SUE AGAINTS THIS COMPANY?.tHEY VIOLATING FEDERAL LAWS. iTS BEEN A WEEK THAT I DONT HAVE CELL PHONE BECAUSE THEY SUSPENDED MY SERVICES BECAUSE I USED TOO MUCH. Customer services hang up on me after 1 hour and half waiting on hold.I decide tochange provider and they dont want to release the number BIG SCAM !!!

H2o conseders abuse buy going over 5000 minutes a month there a mvno for AT&T they should use t-mobile so they do not get sued
