On May 22 I signed up for service with an agent over the phone specifically asking for the $20 unlimited monthly plan. on May 24 just two days later my service stops with a message saying that I have to refill my phone. Speaking to an agent I'm told that I was put on the minute plan and that my minutes have been used up and that if I want to continue my service I need to pay another $20 only than will they change my plan to the monthly unlimited... I opened H2O account in January 2016. I have been using Pay as You Go plan since then. The current service is scheduled to be expired in June. However, last week I suddenly found that I had lost phone service and account was expired. Later, my account was reactivated again but the account balance became $10. I've had H2O for over 2 years, and I have the $50/month 2GB data plan, which has just recently moved to an unlimited plan with a max of 10GB rollover 4G a month. I have used it the same way as always, mainly youtube for music, but that's really it. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET RID OF THIS COMPANY FOR THE PAST FEW MONTHS BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO BECAUSE THEY KEEP CHARGING MY CRIDET CARD. I have been problems with my service also. It has been more than 12 HOURS SINCE I CANNOT USE my phone, for a service that I have already paid for. The phone says" not registered in network" and my online account "your plan was expired". They are scoundrels, they will take your money and not give you any service, customer service or phone service or otherwise. I just wasted money on them. They don't respond to emails, (except for a computerized auto response) they don't try to sort out your problems with activating your service and then they try to tell you its your fault, even though they have not delivered what was promised by their service agents. The SIM was only a penny through Amazon as an add-on to my phone purchase. I was able to setup service without customer service help. The price is good. The recharge feature on their webpage didn't work, so I contacted customer service. I tried firefox, chrome, IE, and Edge. In order to use their recharge page, I have to hit F5 to refresh the page, or else the dollar amounts do not show in the drop down box for their LTE minute plan. They need... Read more

It's a long story, but be warned this company absolutely sucks. Support is beyond bad, nobody seems to be able to keep their story straight. Support is not a place to go for help, they never resolve any problems....wasted $40, lost my phone number...they just f'ing suck...and I have never had anything this bad to say about another company I've dealt with. I can totally relate, I am a Wireless service provider and H2O is one of the carriers that I offer, i've carried H2O for years with no real problems until now, customers are being cancelled for abuse of data, I reached out to them in reference to this and asked how can a customer abuse data when 3Gigs is the most high speed you offer then it throttles to 2Gigs thereafter of which is painstakingly slow, of course there was no satisfactory... I have prepaid wireless account with H2O Wireless Network. Since yesterday I had $7.40 balance in my account. Today when I tried to make a call, I heard a computer generated message saying that I do not have enough balance to make this call. I was so surprised.
