I can totally relate, I am a Wireless service provider and H2O is one of the carriers that I offer, i've carried H2O for years with no real problems until now, customers are being cancelled for abuse of data, I reached out to them in reference to this and asked how can a customer abuse data when 3Gigs is the most high speed you offer then it throttles to 2Gigs thereafter of which is painstakingly slow, of course there was no satisfactory answer,I also told them that they were setting themselves up for a class action lawsuit, but I did get a... I have prepaid wireless account with H2O Wireless Network. Since yesterday I had $7.40 balance in my account. Today when I tried to make a call, I heard a computer generated message saying that I do not have enough balance to make this call. I was so surprised. I checked call history in my phone and it didn’t show any call record I made since yesterday. Website needs upkeep as it never provides accurate details of my account, it's like they don't want you to question umpire account activity. You would think a mobile company like them would have great connection to not lose clients while being on hold ( if you are placed on hold they will disconnect your call- again like they are hiding something and don't want to seek to you. I was surprise to find out that i was being charged $40 for a service i never received. I returned a phone unit with the SIM card, never activated the phone number, and here comes a customer service representative with an accent saying I owe H2O some $40 phone bill. Wait a minute. So i went ahead and gave the rep the shipper receipt number and tracking number i have on record for the phone i rturned, lo and behold, he cannot even give me any info on the status! H20 has the best-value plans for people visiting the US, I've used it in the past successfully and recently purchased a new plan. Owing to the reviews I've read, I dreaded having a problem that would require calling customer service; well, I did have a problem with activation (my fault) but surprisingly I got a customer service rep after only a few minutes and he cleared up the problem quickly and courteously. I was just hung up on by their incompetant customer service. The first time I called I was on the phone for 21 minutes before speaking to someone, who transferred the call to another department and another 15 minutes later it hung up. I didn't think anything of it so called again. The second time, I was on the phone for 30 minutes before I even got someone to speak to me and more than 43 minutes before I got my issue resolved. The activation of the new service took over 1 week. The paid funds did not get applied to the service ever and finally was canceled. Customer Support replied with multiple emails with 24 hour delay offering to reset the location which has nothing to do with missing funds. Completely incompetent and not a good service. The problem was finally fixed - refunded as I did not want to deal with this company anymore and only after the FCC complaint. I'm H2O costumer for more tan 5 years and for the last couple of weeks I'm not able to talk to my family in Brazil. I place my international phone call directly, after the person answer on the other side the call got disconnected in less the 5 seconds. I own 3 cell phone lines with this company paying $20.00 a month for each one for this international call's service provided by H2O Wireless which is not working.
