They are a dishonest company. I've been a customer for 6 months now, I bought a NEW phone and service from them in December. I now want to have the phone unlocked so I can use it with a different provider. They won't do it, only give me a runaround. Where do i begin? When i switched to H2O the service was great. Call clarity, 115free internathional minutes etc. Now, I can barely make a succesful call. Switched from the $50 to the $60 and the service is worse. I can't surf the internet, i can't make calls, can't send or receive picture messages. I have been h2o customer for couple years even more, the only reason I'm with them is I just don't have time to switch back with others, they r worst in the world ever, my phone shows no signal for 8 hrs every day, so basically all time it has no singal or poor at all. We have the h2o bolt. Unlimited usage we use it only on the weekend so 8 out of 30 days. And the company shut down the Internet access. They said if you watch 4 Netflix movies or surf the net the system considers it excessive and shuts you down. I explained its only used on the weekend. I bought the prepaid plan. Later found out that data and mms need special set up for use on my iphone 4, which I wasn't informed of, nor is it on their website. I contacted their customer service. As a new H20 customer, I added $5 into a feature card firstly. No internet service after activation. Receiving a call will charge you 5 cents even you don't answer it. Once your phone is ringed, you get charged. And then I added another $10 into a Go Plan, and the previous $5 is gone.
