I have been waiting over 8 days now for a reply to my complaint about a slew of unwanted calls after they assigned me a phone number apparently belonging to someone who skipped out on their debts. On a pay-as-you-go plan, every time one of these dumb bill collectors calls, it costs ME money from my pre-paid amount! I work overseas and return to the US every few months for less than a month each time. Hence, I thought the H2O wireless will work for me since it has the Pay-As-You-Go plan. I just paid my phone this morning, by mistake I paid the wrong amount. That payment switch my plan to a different one. I tried to reach out to the company to have it correct it, but instead they told me that it couldn't be correct it. They said that if I want to go back to my old plan I have to pay the full amount again. I ask them if I would loose all the money that I paid earlier and they said yes. I bought an H2O Wireless SIM card at Rite Aid. I tried to activate the card and it didn't work. I contacted H2O Wireless and they said that the card had been on the shelf too long and thus it was automatically deactivated. They told me to return it to Rite Aid for a refund. Rite Aid wouldn't take it back and said that H2O Wireless could only issue the refund. I'm now on email 15 to H2O Wireless (I gave up calling after the first terrible call).... Read more

They do not take you call neither by phone nor by live chat. On the live chat it says "you have been logged out" and it's only because they have "high volume of chats and incoming calls". Also, I've been waiting 25 minutes on phone for some one to pick it up. NO ANSWER! I've been a loyal customer for a year. Now...*** you H20! I am switching to another carrier. This company is a joke. I tried setting up an auto payment. Didnt work. Tried paying online w a credit card and debit card. Didnt work. Had to pay in cash at a brick & mortar. Finally service is working again. Then I noticed my bank statements. There's 3 charges from H20 wireless on my account. Huh? Every time I tried, it was declined, but yet they still were charging me. I have requested to port my number in from Ultramobile On a Tuesday. They said 2-24 business hours it'll take to activate. Called back next day and again they say to wait another 2-24hrs. Called back on Thursday and they said the port in request was sent in on Wednesday to wait another 2-24. Called back Friday and they said port in request was sent in on Thursday and to wait 2-24hrs. I contacted h20 wireless 2 days ago about my 10% discount not credited on a plan purchased. They said I'd be contacted in 24 hrs or less. It's been almost 3 days, apparently they don't value me as an important customer. So, bye, bye!

My fiancé and I are signed up for autorecharge and I've been waiting all day for it to go through so I can see what funds are left in my account. I check my bank and no charges from H2O. Okay? I have an account with them. I have two actually. I have been a customer for about 3 years. I just waited in line 2 times, on their lie chat, being behind 30 plus customers.
