The customer service is so bad. they don't care if they might by loose the customer or not.I had $40 monthly plan when I ask them for how to check my data they said its unlimited.second month after i pay my bill they disconnect my phone number when i asked them , they said because you used too much data and i know i didn't used that much. they don't have any explanation. the worst part is i lost... I've had H2O Wireless for my family phones (3) for years. I personally have had the same telephone number for over 10 years, just switched over to H2O after dealing with crazy phone bills. H20 Wireless is the worst. Their unlimited is NOT unlimited at all. Not only do they decline to tell you that there IS a limit on your data but they also block you number forever with their company from every getting a data plan. You would have to get a new number to stay with them. Also, they do not restart your data plan at the start of a new billing cycle. And they will not give you any... Read more

I've been waiting for technical support to call me since 01-20-16. Two days. I called this evening to find out why technical support had not contacted me. First, their service is terrible. I am often unable to access the internet even though I haven't used all my data. When I tried to switch from the $30 plan to the $40 plan, they charged me for both, simultaneously. They will not resolve that issue. I've been using pay-as-you-go, and while their pay scheme is fine, their reception is unbearable. I've been between Kankakee, Homewood and Chicago for the last month and haven't once had a good clear phone call. Most of them I've just had to hang up and call on a different line. Has anyone used pay as you go with H2O? I would be interested in reviews of that plan since I am thinking of getting one. I read reviews about the per-paid plans, and most of them are unfavorable. Called many times and be hold for very long time and problem still can not be resolved. And Internet speed is very slow. Add comment

I have been using the h2o bolt for two years and i loved it so when they "upgraded" and discontinued the one i owned i didn't think twice about buy the new one it appears i should have because i pay the same price as before but now im limited to 10GB, after the first 5 GB it now takes 5-10 minutes for pages to load if they even do, their upgrade failed.
