*** customer service. Bad signal and I can not call any person and still taking money. Really avoid this carrier. Their plan of 0.05 per minute is a fake one as they do not declare clearly that they will take you the in and out coming calls but they do for the SMS and mms really shameful... You call them and you have someone who is not able to fix a simple problem I would like some signal to call... Read more

Why wasn't I told of the closing of this company before I bought a new spider h2o WiFi device that can't be used or activated. I purchased a sim card and signed up for the 10$ pay as you go. This first experience was mixed. The customer rep gave information that allowed 3g but not LTE data.
