i have just experienced the worst ever customer experiance in my life for a country that calls it self the most powerful and advance i have never spoken to a bunch of rude,incompetent staff and i am better off dealing with a 3rd world country service. H2O wireless wins for some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Long waits on the phone, representatives whose English is so terrible you can not understand. One of the most *** and terrible customer service I had experienced using h2o wireless. They took more than 15 days to port in my number correctly, and in the mean while I was facing dual service issue, and had to pay plans costs for both my carriers. H20 scams its customers by expiring their prepaid credit balance before the date posted in their accounts. When customers try to get their credit balance return to their account, H20 response is that there is nothing the company can do once the account expires - therefore the customer loses their money. I purchased a 4G data plan. After a few hours, performance was so bad webpages timed out before loading. I used my cell phone as a hotspot to make sure it wasn't my computer or network card. Everything checked out OK. I called customer service and they said a 4G plan means I get 2G high speed data & 2G low speed data (low speed = 128Kbs). I had to reload to get high speed again. I was thinking another 4G plus the ~2G I had would last a few days... Read more

Have been a customer for years. International call quality is very poor. And now they say we've used all of our 2 GB of data in 3.5 hours that we were connected to our WiFi and didn't use the phone.... How crazy? Very poor customer service for years. I'm leaving...

So i make an auto paymennt from my bank. 2 days later my service is cut. I make another payment off the website $ call customer service and you dont wanna know how it was. The rep almost yelling to me. 1 month down and H20 says they have never received the payment even after emailing them my bank confirmation .plse dont bother trying H20

I woke up to a text, claiming I exceeded my data usage and my service had been terminated as a result. This has never happened before and supposedly cannot be reversed. The only option was to transfer my number to another carrier. Horrible customer service and even worse terms and conditions. I have never heard of excessive use of an "unlimited" data plan without a solution but to transfer the number or get a new number. This is not only... Read more
