The phone stopped working after 2 days, so I sent back for a replacement (cost me $6.50 mailing it) and after 2 weeks they sent the same phone back to me, so I sent it back again and now after 3 weeks no phone and no refund !! Bought their sim card and was given the error message 'sim already used'. Yet I was sent an email that activation was all set up. Whatever. Phone calls were fine and I am in a dodgy area. This company need to put there *** together. I was 120 on my card, after chat with the repersatative, she told processes the refund but she didn't do it at all. Until I call the again to followers up. There have the worst internet sign it is very very slow and sometime you won't get sign at all. I ported my number from republic wireless to H20. I did it with the online form. The duration for porting in process was tree days. After that, i can receive and make calls. But SMS, nothing. my data plan expired to zero with no extra out of the ordinary use, just bled to zero and now i have to repay just to get access. they were unable to even tell me why just that i have used up all my data which is not right. i will report them to FCC once i'm done writing this rant. One of the reasons of the poor English-speaking customer service agents is due that I have confirmed that H2O customer service department are in Honduras and Dominican Republic NOT HERE in the United States. So when you call 1-800-643-4926 your call will be redirect to an agent in other country. That is the reason they have to transfer all the issues when aren't able to handle. Those agents send... The advertise is - you get 10% off of your monthly plan when you sign up for automatic recharge but they did not do it. I am being H20customer for more than 3 years, and I convinced 7 more people to move from ATT to H2O, now I regret it...Never got the 10% off, so that is more than $150 . I have been trying for over two weeks now to port a phone number from H2O's CDMA service (Verizon) to H2O's GSM (ATT) service and it's not going well. The port remains half done - I can make calls, but cannot receive them on the new GSM phone. All incoming calls continue to go to the old CDMA service.
