One of the reasons of the poor English-speaking customer service agents is due that I have confirmed that H2O customer service department are in Honduras and Dominican Republic NOT HERE in the United States. So when you call 1-800-643-4926 your call will be redirect to an agent in other country. That is the reason they have to transfer all the issues when aren't able to handle. Those agents send... The advertise is - you get 10% off of your monthly plan when you sign up for automatic recharge but they did not do it. I am being H20customer for more than 3 years, and I convinced 7 more people to move from ATT to H2O, now I regret it...Never got the 10% off, so that is more than $150 . I wanted to speak to a supervisor, they are always busy and the representatives are so incompetent, they... Read more

I have been trying for over two weeks now to port a phone number from H2O's CDMA service (Verizon) to H2O's GSM (ATT) service and it's not going well. The port remains half done - I can make calls, but cannot receive them on the new GSM phone. All incoming calls continue to go to the old CDMA service. I have made at least 6 calls to their CS over a period of several days and each time they say... Read more

OK, it is my time to complain the company. I bought the phone, SIM card, and charging card from their official website. Transferring my old number from another company and activated the phone for calling were both very smooth. But, I cannot connect to internet. I followed the steps in their website. After last step, two choices jumped out. But, I cannot understand it because it was not English. I... Read more

So you're travelling to the US for three months, and thing a pre paid sim is a great idea, right? Sure... in theory. I purchased a sim from H20wireless ($10), activated it online, and inserted it into my phone -- no signal. Weird right? Ok lets email customer services. Did the reply? Of course not. Live chat does seem to work, if you can decipher what the representative means... So, I'm not... Read more

I have been using H2O wireless service since last October. I chose prepaid phone card plan. I knew I need to pay even my friends rang me up, not only I paid when I called out. It's OK I thought I am using prepaid plan. But, the problem is the signal of H2O wireless is always very week when I stayed in a building, whatever my home or my office. Quite often or always, the phone was connected... Read more
